silica gel blue

The appearance of blue silica gel is blue semitransparent glassy. It contains a displaying agent, which is blue without being damp, and which gradually becomes light blue after the colloidal particles absorbs moisture; when they continue to absorb moisture, it becomes light red, at this time, it is required to be changed by new silica gel or reused. According to the feature, when blue gel and pore gel are used together, it creates better effect. The product is mainly used in dehumidification of packing sealer and indication of absorption degree.

Blue gel indicator:

RH=20%: >8% in blue or light blue

RH=35%: >13% in blue or amaranth

RH=50%: >20% in light blue red

Qualified rate of granularity: >98%

Qualified rate of spherical granularity: >90%

Loss on drying at 120℃:<1.5%
